How much is the cost of delivery?
The cost of delivery varies for each country. Your final cost of delivery will be calculated and visible at checkout.
How fast is the delivery?
We usually ship parcels on the same day, but no later than 3 working days. The orders are entrusted and delivered by the GLS courier. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days from the shipping date. If there are any delays, you will be notified by email.
Who delivers the packages?
Your package is delivered by GLS.
Do the discounts add up?
Discounts in the online store do not add up.
What are the payment methods?
The purchase of products offered on the site is made using the following means of payment: 1.) Payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). 2.) Klarna 3.) PayPal
Can I use multiple promo codes at once?
You can only use one active code at a time. Once you have entered and confirmed the code, the system will let you know if the code has been accepted.
Do you have a product warranty?
Absolutely! We believe so much in our products that we offer you a 30-day guarantee. In case you are not satisfied with the product, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving the shipment and we will send you instructions for a refund.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Contact us at email@example.com. We can change or cancel your order at any time, but only until the order has already been processed in the warehouse and handed over to the couriers.

Where can I track my order?
Instructions for tracking your shipment will be emailed to you as soon as your order is processed and delivered to the courier.

Not all ordered products are in the package or they are incorrect.
If you receive a faulty product, please notify us immediately. Add image material to your message about an incorrectly sent product. We will immediately check your order on our security cameras and if an error does occur, we will send you the missing product. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
I received a damaged product, what can I do?
If the goods are lost or damaged, we will send you a replacement in the shortest time possible. in case of an already paid package, we will refund the money if the product/products are no longer in stock. Contact us at email@example.com
