Terms and conditions

Aurora Borealis d.o.o. (hereinafter merchant / seller) defined in compliance with the rules for consumer safety, apply to the use of the site, to all orders and all purchases made by the user through this site. They also establish the rights and obligations of all users regarding the service.

Availability of information 
In addition to information on the identity of the company(title and headquarters of the company, register number) and contact details, the trader undertakes to provide the buyer with the following information: - information on essential characteristics of the products or services (including after-sales services and guarantees),- information on the availability of products or services offered by the site,- the manner and terms of the delivery of the products or of the performance of the services (method, place and term),- information on payment and delivery methods,- information on the validity of offers on the site,- Information relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal from the contract- information related to the return of products- information on the complaints procedure 

Characteristics of the products  
The characteristics of the products are indicated and described on the site. In particular, for each product there is a product sheet on the site containing the main characteristics and information necessary incompliance with the legislation in force. Due to variations in screen light, the colors of the physical item may vary slightly from those of the online image.  

Availability of Products 
The site indicates the availability of products in the warehouse. In case of total or partial unavailability of the product after sending the order, the buyer will be immediately informed by e-mail of the unavailability of the product and the removal of the product from the order or the total cancellation of the order. 

Prices, shipping and payment methods 
All prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT. Product prices do not include shipping costs which will be calculated and indicated before the conclusion of the order and payment. The prices in force are valid at the time the order is sent by the consumer and do not have a predetermined validity. The consumer accepts the merchant's right to change his prices at any time, however the goods will be invoiced on the basis of the prices indicated on the site at the time of the order and confirmed in the order confirmation e-mail sent by the merchant. Shipping price will be calculated at the checkout process. 

The purchase of products offered on the site is made using the following means of payment:

1.) Payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
2.) Klarna
3.) PayPal

The shipping costs for purchases under €50 are calculated at the checkout. Shipping is free for purchases over €50.

Shipping security
For a surcharge of €0.50, the customer can avoid the long waiting times caused by the complaints processing by the transport company. If the package is lost or damaged, the merchant will immediately send a new package and handle the claim with the courier.

Priority Shipping
For a surcharge of €0.99, the customer can place their order at the front of the queue. Priority orders are prepared and shipped faster than ordinary orders. This means that the order will be packed and shipped the same day or the next working day at the latest. Unfortunately, due to the shipping process of the shipping companies, we cannot yet guarantee that the packages will be delivered faster or that there will not be a delay in delivery due to possible unforeseeable situations at the shipping company (extreme weather conditions, technical problems ...). This possibility means that such an order will be prepared by us as soon as possible.

The orders are entrusted and delivered by the GLS courier. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days from the shipping date. If there are any delays, you will be notified by email.

We usually ship out products no later than 3 working days.

Aurora Borealis can issue promotional codes that the user can use when purchasing products. Each promotional code can have a fixed discount, a percentage or activate a promotion (for example a gift). To access this promotion, the code must be entered in the appropriate box when the order is concluded. Aurora Borealis will have no responsibility and in no way will it be able to refund what has not been activated if the code is not entered correctly. Promotional codes cannot be combined. Only one promotional code can be applied to each order.  

SMS notifications
Notifications about products left in the basket: Potential customers who enter their delivery details at the checkout but do not complete the order will receive SMS messages notifying them of the abandoned basket. The customer can unsubscribe from such promotional messages by clicking the unsubscribe link in SMS message (the link after the word "STOP").

Purchase procedure
The customer adds the desired products to the cart, enters their data for delivery and selects the payment method. By sending the order,the customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and to fully and unconditionally accept the General Conditions of Sale, as well as the additional information contained on the site and relating to the Privacy Policy. After placing the order, the customer will receive an order confirmation email from the merchant. The customer has the right to cancel the order within one hour of sending the order without any consequences. To obtain information on the possibility of canceling or modifying the order, the customer must contact customer service by sending an email to info@bymayashop.com. If the customer does not cancel the order, the merchant will pack and ship the ordered products within the agreed period. As soon as the order is shipped, the customer will receive an additional email with the link for tracking the shipment.  

Purchase contract
The merchant issues a paper invoice to the buyer who purchases the products from the site with a breakdown of the costs. The purchase contract in the form of a purchase order is stored electronically on the merchant's server and is accessible to the user (buyer) at any time in his profile. The purchase contract between the merchant and the buyer is concluded when the merchant confirms the order. From this moment on, all prices and other purchase terms are fixed and apply to both the merchant and the buyer. 

Right of withdrawal from the contract, return of products 
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt of the products without having to provide any explanation and without having to incur costs other than those of returning the products to the seller. Products returned to the seller must be returned intact, undamaged, without any signs of wear, sealed with the guarantee seal, in the original packaging and in unchanged quantities, except in the event that the products have been damaged or had a defect.  The buyer must notify the seller of his will to withdraw from the contract by sending an e-mail to the address info@bymayashop.com attaching the correctly completed product return form. 

Satisfaction Guarantee 
The site is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, because it is in its best interest to have 100% satisfied and convinced customers. When a buyer, for any reason, is not satisfied with one of the products purchased on the site, he has the possibility to return them within 30 days of receiving the products and to receive a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. The seller guarantees that the product will serve its purpose optimally if the buyer carefully follows the instructions for use. The satisfaction guarantee is valid within 30 days of receipt of the products. The customer cannot take advantage of the warranty right more than once a year for the same product and no more than three times a year for different products. The satisfaction guarantee can only be requested with the original purchase receipt. In order to benefit from the satisfaction guarantee, the buyer must send money back request e-mail to the email address info@bymayashop.com and send products back to our address. The seller will refund the customer within 7 days after receiving back products. For more information on the return procedure, send an email to customer service at info@bymayashop.com. 

Non-compliant products 
The consumer is required to check as soon as possible that the delivery includes all and only the products purchased and to promptly inform the seller of any defect in the products received or their discrepancy with the order placed. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or visibly open. Any damage must be immediately reported to the courier who makes the delivery by accepting the goods with reserve. In the event of damage to the shipment, the customer has the right to refuse delivery. In the event that the product has been damaged during transport or in the event of a lack of conformity, the customer must report it to the seller by sending an email to info@bymayashop.com attaching photos showing the breakage or defect of the product within 24 hours hours from receipt of the goods. The seller reserves the right to refuse a complaint incases:  • In which the goods have been damaged by the customer,• In which the goods are not returned in their original packaging,• In which it is ascertained by the seller that the product is damaged or unusable following improper handling by the customer. In the event of a lack of conformity or breakage of the product, the seller will replace the product or refund the customer within 14days from the day the buyer submits the complaint form. In case of replacement of the product, the shipping costs are borne by the seller. The seller will replace all the products for which he has received the complaint or will reimburse the customer respectively by depositing the sum paid into his current account indicated in the complaint form.  

Protection of minors 
The seller assumes no liability deriving, by way of example and not limiting, from access by minors to the content on the site, as it is the duty of parents or guardians to exercise adequate control over the activity of the children or minors entrusted to them or install tools to control the use of the Internet in order to avoid access to materials or content unsuitable for minors, as well as the sending of personal data without the prior authorization of parents or guardians. 

Complaints, conflicts and applicable laws  
The trader respects the current legislation on consumer protection. The merchant handles complaints effectively and has a complaints person who can, in case of a problem, be contacted by email. The buyer can submit a complaint to the e-mail address: info@bymayashop.com. The complaints procedure is strictly confidential. The merchant will have to confirm that he has received the complaint within five business days and will have to notify the buyer how long he will take to handle the complaint and will also keep him informed of the various processes. For these General Conditions of Sale and anydispute between the trader and the buyer, Slovenian material and procedural law is applied, without applying the rules of private international law thatindicate the use of any other law. For all relations, rights and obligations not regulated by these General Conditions, the provisions of the Mandatory Code,the Law on electronic commerce, the Law on the protection of personal data and the Law on consumer protection apply.  

Out-of-court dispute resolution with the consumer 
In accordance with the legal rules, the seller does not recognize any consumer dispute resolution enforcer as competent to resolve the consumer dispute that the consumer could initiate based on the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes (hereinafter: ZlsRPS) .In the event that the consumer is not satisfied with the resolution of the complaint, he can submit, in accordance with the ZlsRPS, aninitiative to initiate the out-of-court resolution procedure of a specific consumer dispute through the European Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform(SRPS). According to ZlsRPS, the trader also publishes an electronic link to the European SRPS: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=EN The buyer may also decide to appeal to the competent court at his home.   

The seller undertakes to ensure the updating and correctness of the information published on the site. Despite this, the properties, delivery times or prices of the product can change so quickly that the trader is unable to correct the data published on the site in time. In this case, the merchant will notify the change to the buyer and allow him to cancel or modify the order. The merchant tries to provide accurate photos of the products sold on the site. The photos do not always guarantee the exact characteristics of the product so the photographs must be considered symbolic. Changes to the

The seller reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time, without the need to provide any notice to users of the online site. Any changes made will be effective from the date of publication on the site and will apply only to sales concluded from that date.
